Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Filagora (operated by FluxNexus LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste 7236, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA) ("Filagora", "we"). By using filagora.com you accept them. If you sell on Filagora, the Seller Policy also applies; if you post in the feed, so do the Community Guidelines.
1. What Filagora is
Filagora is a marketplace where independent makers sell 3D-printed goods and digital 3D files, and a feed where makers share what they make. Each item is made and sold by the shop that lists it.
We run the platform, take payments, pay shops their share, and step in when something goes wrong. We don't make or stock the items, and we're not the seller of the goods — the shop is.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy or sell. Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information, use one account, and don't create new accounts to get around a suspension.
3. Buying
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay. Your bank may convert the amount to your currency.
- Buyers can pay from almost any country. We can't accept orders from countries under comprehensive sanctions, or where the law doesn't allow the sale.
- Where the law makes Filagora the marketplace facilitator or deemed supplier (for example US sales tax, or EU and UK VAT), we add the tax at checkout and pay it to the authorities.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us or the shop. You pay Filagora, which collects the payment on the shop's behalf as its payment collection agent: once you've paid us, you've paid the shop.
- Physical items are printed to order: the listing shows the shop's processing time and shipping estimate. Digital files are available to download right after payment.
- A shop may cancel an order before it ships; you're refunded in full automatically.
- If an order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, Purchase Protection explains how to get your money back. Please contact us before opening a card dispute (chargeback) — it's usually faster.
4. Digital files and licences
Every file is sold with one of two licences, shown on the listing. Neither one transfers ownership of the design — the designer keeps the copyright.
- Personal use: print the model as often as you like for yourself, your family, or as a gift. You may not sell prints, and you may not share, upload, resell or give away the file (or a modified version of it).
- Commercial use: everything personal use allows, plus you may sell the physical prints you make from the file. You may never sell, share or redistribute the file itself, or a modified version of it.
A listing can add its own limits (for example, a maximum number of prints you may sell, or a required credit). If it does, those apply too.
5. What you may not do
- List, buy or ask for prohibited items, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Take a transaction off Filagora: use Filagora to find a buyer or seller and then pay or get paid somewhere else, or share contact or payment details to do so.
- Avoid fees — for example by moving part of the price into shipping, or listing one thing and selling another.
- Write fake reviews, review your own shop, pay or reward people for reviews, or pressure someone to change one.
- Scrape, crawl or copy the site in bulk, use bots, overload the service, fake ad clicks, or try to access other people's data or accounts.
- Spam, harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead people.
6. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, posts, comments, reviews and listings you publish. You give Filagora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, adapt (for example resize or crop) and promote that content on Filagora and in Filagora's marketing — always with credit to you — for as long as it's on the site, plus a short time for backups to roll over.
Only post what you have the rights to. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience.
7. Reports, moderation and appeals
Anyone can report a listing, shop, post, comment, review or message with the Report option where you see it, or through our report form or by email. We review reports, and we use some automated checks — for example, listings with clearly prohibited terms are blocked before they're published. We tell the person who reported what we decided.
If we remove or restrict your content or account, we tell you what we did, which rule it broke, whether automation was involved, and how to appeal (a "statement of reasons"). To appeal, reply to that message or email us within 6 months. A person, not an algorithm, reviews every appeal. If you're in the EU you can also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or go to court.
8. Suspension and ending
You can delete your account anytime in Account settings. Before a shop closes, open orders must be shipped or cancelled.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts, shops, listings or content that break these terms or the law. We'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. Earnings from completed, legitimate orders are still paid out; money linked to fraud, infringement or unresolved buyer claims may be held or reversed.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Items are made by independent shops, so we can't guarantee every listing. 3D prints show layer lines and small variations from one print to the next — that's normal and not a defect. Whether a digital file prints well also depends on your printer, material and settings.
Filagora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees we earned from your transactions in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
10. Changes and governing law
We'll give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where FluxNexus LLC is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
