Terms of use — the short version
- Filagora is a marketplace: sales contracts are between you and the shop you buy from. We provide the platform, payment processing, and buyer protection.
- Sellers must ship what they list, within the stated time, printed safely and to reasonable quality. Repeated failures remove a shop from the marketplace.
- Designers retain full ownership of their models. Buying a file grants exactly the license on the listing — nothing more.
- Prohibited: weapon components, lock-picking tools, trademark/copyright infringement, unsafe items. We remove them and may report where required.
- Buyer protection: item not received or materially not as described → full refund after our review.
Privacy — the short version
- We collect what's needed to run a marketplace: account details, orders, messages, and the usage data that keeps search and recommendations useful.
- Payments are handled by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
- We never sell personal data. Sellers see only what they need to fulfil your order (name, shipping address, order notes).
- You can export or permanently delete your data anytime from account settings. Deletion requests complete within 30 days (GDPR/KVKK compliant).
- Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for your cart and favorites. No third-party ad trackers.
