Every item is printed after you order it. Most makers have your piece on the printer within 24 hours; printing takes a few hours to two days depending on size, then shipping is 2–9 days depending on where you and your maker live. The exact estimate is shown on every listing before you buy.

Your maker photographs your actual item on the print bed before packing it. It's proof of quality, and honestly, it's a lovely moment — that object exists because of you.

The printed item arrives at your door, finished. The digital file (STL/3MF) is for people who own a 3D printer — you download it instantly and print it yourself. Files include the designer's tested print settings.

Yes — most shops offer 30-day returns (each shop's exact policy is on its About tab). Personalized items (names, photos, custom sizes) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect, since they can't be resold.

Absolutely. Message the designer from the listing — response times are shown on every shop. Most include tuned profiles for Bambu, Prusa and Creality machines, and they genuinely enjoy helping prints succeed.

On listings marked ⚡ Personalize, yes — names, dates, photos-into-light (lithophanes), star maps, custom sizes. Describe what you want in the order notes or use the listing's options.

Shops are paid weekly via Stripe, every Monday, to a bank account in any of 40+ supported countries. Filagora's fee (3% physical / 5% digital) is deducted automatically — no invoices, no surprises.

Weapon parts and accessories, lock-picking tools, items infringing trademarks or copyrighted characters, and anything unsafe for its intended use. Every upload passes automated screening plus human review. Report anything that slipped through — we act within 24 hours.

Designers do, always. Buying a file grants the license shown on the listing (personal or commercial). Every uploaded model is geometrically fingerprinted, so stolen re-uploads are detected and removed.
