Ads Policy

1. How Filagora Ads work

Choose the listings you want to promote. They appear in search results and on product pages, always with a "Sponsored" label. Which ad shows depends on your bid and on how good the listing is — so a great listing can win with a lower bid. One promoted listing per shop is shown at a time.

2. Cost and budget

• You pay per click: set a bid between $0.10 and $3.00.
• You set a daily budget between $1.00 and $500.00. When the day's budget is spent, your ads stop until the next day.
• You can pause or change a campaign anytime from the Shop Manager.

3. Fair clicks

• Only unique clicks count: one per person, per listing, per day.
• Your own clicks on your own ads are never charged.
• We filter bots and suspicious clicks, without cookies (see the Privacy Policy).

4. How you pay

• Clicks are taken from your Filagora balance, like our other fees — nothing to top up in advance.
• Your balance can go below zero (for example before your first sale). It's netted from your next sales, or charged to the card you saved when you opened your shop if it stays below zero.
• New shops can spend up to $25.00 a day until their first order ships.
• You'll never be charged more than your daily budget for a day. Pricing changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

5. Sales reporting

When someone clicks your ad and buys from your shop within 30 days, we count that order and its sales in your campaign report, so you can see what your ads earn. Attributed sales are reported, never charged extra — you only ever pay for the click.

6. Rules for ads

• Promoted listings must follow every listing policy — the Seller Policy, the Maker Standards and the Prohibited Items Policy.
• No click fraud: don't click competitors' ads, or ask or pay anyone to click ads.
• We may reject or pause a campaign that breaks these rules or that we think misleads buyers, and we'll tell you why. Questions: support@filagora.com.

7. Our own marketing is on us

Filagora advertises on Google, Meta, TikTok and elsewhere to bring buyers to the marketplace. That's paid by Filagora. There's no offsite-ads fee — we never take an extra cut when a sale comes from our advertising.
